Shipping & Return Policy

Digital Products
All digital products; including eBooks, workbooks, and downloadable content-are delivered instantly via email and are non-refundable once purchased.

Physical Products (Coming Soon!)
When physical products become available through Minds In Design, we want you to shop with confidence.

🕒 Returns:
Customers will have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

🚚 Return Shipping:
Return shipping is free. We’ll provide a prepaid return label to make it easy.

🔁 Restocking Fee:
A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returned physical products.

📬 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received in its original condition. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
