Four years have passed since Gabrielle Stevens encountered something she still cannot explain.

Brackenridge has carried on, but Gaby hasn't quite managed to leave the past behind. Between her shifts at the local grocery store, a fractured family, and the growing hostility of the people around her, she spends her remaining time searching through old records for answers to the town's troubling history.

The cave that once changed everything has given her nothing since.

With every unanswered question, the distance between what Gaby remembers and what she can prove grows harder to ignore. But she isn't ready to stop looking, not when she still doesn't know what happened, or whether the promise at the heart of Brackenridge should ever be broken.

For now, the town remains quiet.

And Gaby is still searching.
