Episode Five | Familiar Streets

26 Pages

Brackenridge has become familiar to Gabrielle Stevens in ways she never intended.

She knows its streets, its routines, and the quiet hostility of the people who have never forgiven her for what happened. Four years after her experience in the cave, she is still trying to understand the town's past and what it means for her own future.

As ordinary days pass, Gaby finds herself returning to the one place she has never been able to forget. The cave offers no answers, but there are passages she has yet to examine properly.

She knows she may find nothing.

She goes anyway.

Sometimes, the only thing left to do is keep looking.
